Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Personalized items (custom-made to order) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Non-personalized items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.

Cancellations

Orders for non-personalized items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.

Art Workshop Bookings

Workshop bookings are considered confirmed upon payment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but we may offer a credit toward a future workshop.
